How to Place an Order
Ordering Procedures
We appreciate orders to be placed two (2) business days prior to the event. You may place orders online up until 3:00p.m. for next-day delivery. To place a next day order after 3:00 p.m., please contact the Catering Department at 818-560-7620 or amanda.garcia@cafebonappetit.com.
All orders will be confirmed via email.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please email the Catering Department.
Whether you are conducting a department meeting, hosting a customer visit or celebrating a special occasion, our talented chefs will be happy to create a customized menu for your event.
Alcohol Service Guidelines
Bon Appétit is licensed to provide alcohol service on licensed premises as holder of a Type 47 Alcoholic Beverage License.
Licensed premises include the GC3 Campus (including WDI) and Burbank Studio Lot (including ABC and WDAS)
Please inquire with Bon Appetit about alcohol service on unlicensed premises.
Alcohol service will be provided by Bon Appetit and will be conducted by Bon Appetit staff that are trained in alcohol management.
Alcohol service is conducted in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, and policies of The Walt Disney Company.
Self-service alcohol is not permitted.
Non-alcoholic beverages must be served in addition to any alcohol.
Cancellation
Changes, additions or cancellations to catering orders must be made to the Catering Department via email.
Cancellations require two (2) business day notice for all food events and five (5) business days notice for all special events.
Orders that are cancelled on the day of the event are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee, and up to a 100% charge, to cover the cost of the purchased and prepared food.
Special Services
We will be happy to provide specialty linen, flower arrangements, formal dinnerware, special equipment and décor at an additional charge, please contact the Catering Director for assistance.
Charges for specialized services such as chefs, carvers and bartenders will be determined based on your event. Additional staffing requires advance notice of seven (7) business days.
